1. Services Provided

We provide B2B solutions, including:

  • AI Minds ERP (multi-module enterprise software)

  • Corporate digital marketing campaigns

  • Recruitment and staffing services

  • Website development and digital platforms

Each service is governed by a customized agreement outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

2. Contractual Relationship

Use of services or signing of agreements constitutes a legally binding commitment by the client organization.

3. Responsibilities

Client Obligations:

  • Provide accurate, timely information and materials required for service delivery.

AI Minds Obligations:

  • Deliver professional-quality services according to agreed terms.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Prices are outlined in official proposals or contracts.

  • Delayed payment may result in service suspension with prior written notice (15 days).

5. Intellectual Property

  • All custom-developed deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.

  • AI Minds retains ownership of proprietary systems and core ERP platform.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data as strictly confidential and do not disclose it except under legal obligation or with prior consent.

7. Legal Compliance

All services are delivered in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations, including the PDPL.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Minds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., profit or client acquisition).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Riyadh.

10. Amendments

AI Minds reserves the right to update these terms with a 30-day prior notice to affected clients.
